Tribune Tower Residences

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire low-voltage scope at the Tribune Tower Residences, developed by our long-time client, Golub & Company. Our friends at Walsh Construction will redevelop the landmark tower, built back in the 1920s, with 162 ultra-luxury condominiums in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave). We look forward to once again working with our friends at Walsh Construction & Connelly Electric, we thank them for the opportunity. Our company will be providing all of the structured cabling, Fire Alarm, AV, and security systems. The project is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
