We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire LV package for Tandem’s new residential tower at 1044 W. Van Buren in Chicago.

We greatly appreciate the trust Tandem and Grand Kahn Electric have placed in us to be a member of their team. We look forward to another successful project with them.  We also greatly appreciate the continued opportunities our friends at Tandem have provided us to build on our recent work together at Avenir (730 N. Milwaukee) and Avra (1125 Van Buren).
