Parkside of Old Town Phase V

M&R Electronic Systems, Inc. was proud to partner on Parkside of Old Town Phase V, a continuation of one of Chicago’s most impactful mixed-income housing developments. Awarded to us by Shamrock Electric, our scope encompassed the complete low-voltage package for this new residential community.

Our work included furnishing and installing the Fire Alarm system, video surveillance network, and structured cabling infrastructure. Together, these systems provide a foundation of safety, security, and connectivity for residents while supporting the operational needs of property management.

Parkside has long stood as a model for revitalization and inclusive community development in Chicago. With Phase V now underway, M&R is honored to contribute our expertise to a project that delivers not only housing, but also opportunity and stability for families in the Old Town neighborhood.
