833 N Clark

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire low-voltage scope at the new 833 N. Clark Apartment Development. This project is a joint venture between Ryan Companies and Lincoln Properties. When completed the mixed-use project will have 373 residential apartments, retail shops, and parking in the 31-story structure.

The project is located in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. We look forward to our first project with both Ryan Construction and Lyons-Pinner Electric, we thank them for the opportunity and are hopeful this is the first of many projects that we do together. Our company will be providing all of the voice/data/CATV, Life Safety, and security systems for the building. The project is set to be completed in early 2017.
