53rd and Cornell

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire low-voltage scope at the 53rd and Cornell Project. When completed the 27-story apartment tower project will have residential apartments, retail shops, and high-end amenities.

The project is located in the heart of Chicago’s beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood. We look forward to once again working with our good friends at Linn Mathes, we thank them for another opportunity. Our company will be providing all of the voice/data/CATV, Life Safety, and security systems for the building. The project is set to be completed in 2019.
