165 W. Superior

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire low-voltage scope at the new 165 W. Superior Project. This is a joint-venture development between Magellan Development and MAC Management. When completed the BKL designed mixed-use project will have 298 residential apartments, retail shops, and parking in the 37 story structure.

The project is located in the heart of Chicago’s River North neighborhood. We look forward to once again working with our good friends at Linn Mathes, we thank them for another opportunity. Our company will be providing all of the voice/data/CATV, Life Safety, and security systems for the building. The project is set to be completed at the end of 2016.
