Langham Hotel Chicago

In January 2012, we were awarded one of the largest contracts in the 60+ years of business to perform all of the low-voltage work for the new 5-Diamond Langham Hotel. Under the leadership of our good friends at Elite Electric, we completed this project in the Summer of 2013.

The project was to gut and rehab the first 12 floors of 330 N. Wabash (formally known as the IBM Building). When completed the hotel would have 320 keys and would be the 5th 5-Diamond rated hotel in the city of Chicago.

Our team installed a fully certified end-to-end TE Connectivity structured cabling solution. This included over 4,000 CAT6 data drops and 300 strands of SM and MM fiber. We also installed a state-of-the-art video surveillance system.

We were honored to be a small part of such an iconic project and thank all the members of our great team that assisted in getting the job done on time.
