Optima Center II

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the entire low-voltage scope at the new Optima Center Project. When completed the self-designed mixed-use project will have 490 residential apartments, business suites, retail shops, and parking in the 54-story structure.

The project is located in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. We look forward to our first new construction engagement with Optima. We are excited to once again be working with our good friends at Elite Electric, we thank them for another opportunity. Our company will be providing all of the voice/data/CATV, Life Safety, and security systems for the building. The project is set to be completed in 2017.
