We are proud to announce we have been awarded the entire LV package (Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, BDA/Emergency Radio) for this exciting mega development, located on the old Purple Hotel site in Lincolnwood, IL.

We greatly appreciate the opportunity from our long time client, Shamrock Electric.  We look forward to another successful project with them, our friends at Power Construction, and our strategic partner LaMarco Systems.

When completed in late spring 2023, the site will contain 299 apartment units and over 40,000 sq ft of retail space, including restaurants like Fat Rosies, Fat Pour, and many others.
