Vista Tower

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the security scope at the Vista Tower Project. Our friends at McHugh Construction will build a new 101-story mega tower with 409 condo units and 210 hotel rooms in the heart of Chicago’s Lake Shore East neighborhood. We have been honored to be a part of this project over the last 5+ years. We greatly appreciate that our long-time client, Magellan Development asked us to be involved from the very beginning and trusted us to deliver a design-build solution for such a prestigious building. We look forward to once again working with our good friends at Gurtz Electric, we thank them for another opportunity. Our company will be providing all of the security systems for both the residences and hotel. The project is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
