465 N. Park

In March of 2016 our consulting division was hired to consult on the design of the new 465 Park project by Jupiter Realty and Metlife Insurance. We were tasked with developing their Low Voltage package which included all aspects of the structured cabling, fire alarm, video surveillance, access control, and audiovisual systems.

In the fall of 2016, we were awarded the contract work by long-time customer, Chatfield Electric. We thank them for another opportunity and also look forward to working with our friends at Power Construction.

When the project, designed by Pappageorge Haymes, is completed in the summer of 2018 we will deliver over 400 apartments along with world-class amenities.
